By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject
to availability and conrmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to
mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with MIA you must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable
to us. MIA retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will conrm
the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be MIA or may in some cases be a third party. Where a
contract is made with a third party, unless otherwise specied, MIA will not be acting as either agent or principal and the contract is
made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you with. When placing an order
you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to
place your order and that there are sufcient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may
uctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract:
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail conrming receipt of your order: this email will only be an
acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you
conrmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the conrmation email
sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we
discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the
option of reconrming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as
cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The
delivery cost is £3.95 and is a standard worldwide shipping rate. This rate is charged in addition to the cost of the product purchased;
and is reected in the ‘Total Cost’.
There are three payment options available and the following terms and conditions apply to them respectively.
When using PayPal or the credit card option, upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check will be carried out on your
Paypal account or on your payment card to ensure there are sufcient funds to full the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until
this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. We do not store
customers credit card details nor do we share customers details with any third parties.
It may be possible to arrange an alternative ‘custom payment’ option, including, but not restricted to, a direct bank transfer. The
relevant custom payment method will vary from customer to customer and you will be prompted by the Website to contact MIA at the
point of payment to discuss the alternative methods of payment that may be available to you.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered from MIA will pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping
carrier unless otherwise agreed. You will be notied when the shipping carrier has your goods.
Whilst MIA will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that goods full specications as advertised, MIA accepts no liability for items
that are not t for purpose, other than for tailored items provided that the specic requirement or purpose for which the customer
requires the goods is brought to the attention of MIA in accordance with clause 4 below.
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the
responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs ofce for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs ofce to verify whether the country to
which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. MIA is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential
damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Customers will communicate effectively to MIA any specic requirements or purpose for which they required tailored items in advance
of the commencement of manufacturing of their tailored item, whether within the context of a consultation or through another
medium acceptable to MIA. The responsibility of drawing the attention of MIA to any specic requirements will lie with the customer
Consultations with MIA will only be available in London, United Kingdom and Johannesburg, South Africa or such other location as
agreed between the parties (collectively, the Agreed Locations), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers unable to attend a
consultation with MIA in an Agreed Location will be responsible for providing MIA with the relevant measurements required for the
purposes of preparing the tailored item. The warranty provided for in clause 3(e) above shall not apply in the event of incorrect
measurements being provided by the customer.
Tailored items will be prepared and delivered within a reasonable time. The cost of any reasonable amendments to tailored items made
prior to acceptance of delivery of the goods by the customer will be borne by MIA.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take
advantage of it. Further, you must not establish a link which suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part
where none exists.
